A dissemination event organizer who will be appointed as a service provider
in “GREENLAND” project.

- SCOPE
This invitation to tender to individuals and organizations, hereon referred to as the tenderers, to apply for the dissemination event organizer to provide the following:
- providing complete services to success 3 dissemination events for 600 persons in Hermel, Fakiha, and Baalbek
The tenders must include the profile and financial offer.
- TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
The task of the dissemination organizer appointed by PDA, PP1 of the GREENLAND project, is to provide the following missions:
- provide a place for 1 dissemination day for 200 persons in Hermel.
- provide a place for 1 dissemination day for 200 persons in Fakiha.
- provide a place for 1 dissemination day for 200 persons in Baalbek.
- the dissemination days will include providing lunch for all the participants.
- the dissemination days must be implemented in the best restaurants in the region.
- REQUIREMENTS
- active team.
- Good knowledge of the region.
- Organizational and time management abilities
Preference will be given to factories.
- DURATION
The assignment has a duration of 3 months, starting from the date of stipulation.
- PAYMENT:
The gross fee, including social security and welfare charges, and taxes is Euro 18.000,00.

- PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS AND SELECTION PROCEDURES
The application form (AF) must be drawn up according to the model attached (Attachment A), dated and signed by the candidate (original, scanned, and/or digital signatures are allowed), with attached Curriculum vitae duly signed, detailed financial quotation offer, together with a photocopy of a valid identity document.

- DEADLINE
The deadline for submitting applications is June 15th, 2022 at 1 pm (Beirut Local time). Only candidates with profiles deemed most interesting and meeting the indicated requirements will be invited to take a cognitive interview at PDA.
