Foundational sciences center
A Strategic Initiative by PDA
1. Who We Are
The Foundational Sciences Center is a new scientific and intellectual initiative launched by the Planning and Development Agency (PDA). It aims to build a structured space for foundational thinking, scientific reasoning, and ethical innovation in human development, governance, and society.
2. Our Vision
We believe the world can no longer rely on fragmented models to understand or organize human life. A new foundation is needed—unifying reason, universal rights, and functional wisdom. The Center promotes a unified scientific framework based on human reason, universal rights, and the search for wisdom. Our goal is to support individuals, institutions, and nations in building just, rational, and sustainable systems.
3. What We Do
The Center works on designing:
-
New academic models for foundational sciences
-
Methodologies for governance, economy, and education
-
Strategic partnerships with universities and think tanks
-
Applied research projects supported by ethical and rational tools
All our initiatives are guided by rigorous interdisciplinary methods and grounded in universal human values—bridging ethical vision and practical design.
4. How We Work
The Center operates as a mobile and digital platform with physical presence in Lebanon and Europe. It partners with academic institutions, civil society actors, and international networks to launch pilot projects, organize academic collaborations, and develop scalable models for global application.
5. Join the Initiative
We invite universities, research centers, and strategic actors to join us in this transformative mission. Together, we can shape a new scientific and ethical foundation for future generations.
We do not add another voice to the discourse. We restructure the ground on which the discourse stands.
