Planning and Development Agency – PDA, Partner of “GREENLAND” project (co-financed under the ENI-CBC MED 2014-2020 Program) is looking for reputable firms or individuals, to supply new equipment

for “GREENLAND” project.

1. SCOPE

This invitation to tender to reputable firms or individuals, hereon referred to as the tenderers, to supply new equipment and durables specifically identified and exclusively devoted to the purpose of the project, as well as the costs of services for their, transportation and installation, provided that these costs correspond to market rates and do not exceed the scales generally accepted by the European Commission.

The tenders must include all technical details and a complete description of each supply. Any price from an “Offer” must include VAT also and any other costs (i.e. costs of transportation, installation, etc.)

2. QUANTITY AND NECESSARY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6   Apple iMac – 24″ – Apple M1 8-Core – 8GB Ram – 256GB SSD – 7-Core GPU
• solar system materials:
  • PV solar panels
  • solar inverters
  • batteries
  • cables (AC and DC)
  • several types of Breakers
  • Multi-meter devices
• food processing machines

3. PRESENTATION OF TENDERS AND SELECTION PROCEDURES

If delivered by post or courier, the envelope must be sent to the following address:

4. DEADLINE

The deadline for submitting tenders is  June 15th, 2023 at 1 pm (Beirut Local time). Only candidates with profiles deemed most interesting and meeting the indicated requirements will be invited to take an interview at PDA.

5. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

The data that will come into the possession of PDA, will be processed pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in compliance with Article 13 and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as to the free movement of such data (general data protection regulation, hereinafter also referred to as “regulation” or “GDPR”) and which repeals Directive 95/46 / EC.3
