in the presence of actors of both sides of the Assi river, owners of touristic firms and fish farmers, landowners, as well as representatives of the office of the minister of state for administrative reform OMSAR, representatives of union of municipalities, representatives of the Hermel municipality and representatives of the most active CSOs in Hermel region.

The meeting has included speeches of the Union of municipalities represented by Mr. Abbas Aljawhari, and the AFKAR program Manager in the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform Mrs. Youmna Ghorayeb, followed by a detailed explanation of the project, its objectives, activities and the expected results in addition to its impact on improving the situation of the Assi river and the institutions surrounding it especially regarding the touristic sector and aquaculture development by Eng. Mhamad tachem the project manager of Dialog association (DA) and Eng. Hussein Kanso the representative of Hermel development foundation (HDF) and finally the scientific overview, problems and solutions by Dr. Jalal Mahfouz from Planning and Development Agency (PDA).
