Fact-finding mission in Hermel / meeting with Hermel municipality

The fact finding in Hermel shows that the local economy suffers from major problems hampering its movement and impeding the development of individuals and their participation in the processes of development, and presents to the Hermel WYD team that the best solution would be to return to activate the local development administration recommended by the project ARAL, and to provide WYD services in conjunction with activating and developing the local economy; therefore they have activated the PDA Planning and Development administration in accordance with the Hermel local authorities and they have sought to develop an economic plan in line with the sectorial plans and with the ministerial plans and in line with the needs and recommendations of the activators in various economic sectors including agriculture, fish, tourism and trade.
