The Planning and Development Agency (PDA), Lead Partner of the YOUTHMED Project (Interreg NEXT MED Programme), is launching a call for applications to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide technical equipment for youth e-media production and digital infrastructure under the โYOUTHMEDโ project.
๐น Project Overview
Total Budget: โฌ1,110,000
EU Contribution: โฌ987,900 (89%)
Programme: Interreg NEXT MED Programme, co-funded by the European Union
Project Duration: 30 months (June 2025 โ December 2027)
YOUTHMED aims to strengthen youth participation, cooperation, and civic responsibility across the Mediterranean through inclusive dialogue, cross-border exchange, and digital innovation โ enabling youth and youth organizations to co-create solutions and actively shape resilient societies.
Key Benefits and Impact:
- 510 youth trained in civic engagement, media literacy, and digital participation
- 25 youth organizations cooperating across borders
- 1 multilingual AI-powered platform (SmartMaria) to enable youth collaboration
- 4 transnational events with political and cultural leaders
- 1 shared digital knowledge space
- Policy-relevant data and networks to inform inclusive youth strategies
Target Groups: Youth aged 18โ30, youth organizations, civic actors, and public institutions in Lebanon, Egypt, Greece, and Spain.
๐ Assignment Scope
The selected suppliers will provide one or more categories of equipment listed in the attached technical table (Attachment B), including but not limited to:
- Individual e-media field production kits
- Professional montage and podcast studio equipment
- Communication and streaming tools
Suppliers may submit quotations for part or all of the listed items. PDA reserves the right to contract multiple suppliers depending on the offers received.
- ๐ Submission Format (Two Documents Required)
Interested suppliers must submit both of the following documents in order to be eligible:
- Signed Application Form โ confirming their interest and eligibility (Attachment A โ DOCX)
- Completed Equipment Table โ including unit prices and availability per item (Attachment B โ Excel)

Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
๐ Evaluation and Follow-Up
Qualified suppliers will be invited to Phase 2 to submit official price offers and supporting documentation.
