Who We Are

The Planning and Development Agency (PDA) is a Lebanese nonprofit strategic actor specializing in cross-border development, institutional innovation, and socio-economic systems design.

Since 2009, PDA has led and implemented flagship projects across Lebanon, the Mediterranean, and the broader MENA region — working as a lead applicant, project designer, and transnational partner.
